Key account manager / KAM / Менеджер по работе с ключевыми клиентами

Job description:

  • You develop strategic Key Account business plans for your customer portfolio in line with company strategy and goals, and in cooperation with operations and the supporting departments
  • You manage leads/opportunities for assigned customers, define price margin, support business case calculation, support in solution creation (in complex cases), negotiate agreements
  • You generate and retain income through your relations with your customer portfolio by building up solid relations with your customers through transforming new requests into solutions and business
  • You communicate with customers on different levels at regular basis. You prepare for and conduct regular business reviews with customers. You collect customer feedback and communicate it to the different involved departments
  • You are capable in commercially solving customer claims/incidents when these are recurrent and non-recurrent
  • You obtain strategic insight on customers’ strategy and growth plans
  • You provide data to identify market and customer’s needs and opportunities, to evaluate current service scope and even look for potential extending this to new customers
  • You develop a sales forecasts and further monitor performance and reporting

Job profile:

  • You have been active in a commercial role for minimum 10 years in logistics, services or FMCG
  • You have extensive experience in project management
  • You have long-term relationships and communication skills and in your approach, you create solutions focused on the customer’s needs and Astros long time profitability
  • Ability to understand customer needs and to deliver client-focused solutions (ability to listen)
  • You have strong analytical skills and logical thinking, good command of analytics tools, ability to identify market trends and competition
  • You efficiently cooperate with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) at a time, and to take pro-active steps in order to overcome challenges and to reach expected goals
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
  • You are flexible and capable to deal with deadlines and stress
  • You work independently, accurately and result oriented
  • You have the courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it
  • Your level of English is Upper-Intermediate or higher
