Marketing and Sales Support Manager
Key responsibilities:
Development of strategic and detailed marketing plans and setting marketing goals aligned with the business objectives and the entire service scope
Identify new market opportunities and generate ideas to promote our brand and services
Utilize customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and collaborating with internal teams. Propose ways to increase customer satisfaction, including events and celebrations
Tracking and measuring marketing activity results (activities, responses, leads, sales, customer retention, ROI)
Identifying key target audiences and addressing their needs in marketing initiatives
Analyzing the service and pricing portfolio, conducting competitive analysis, and participating in the development of new directions.
Review and communicate on a regular base our competitors and their actions and developments
Conducting market research, monitoring, and analyzing the market by our offered service area. Forecasting key market indicators, writing conclusions on the current market state and its changes, and identifying promising areas of activity
Creating promotional materials, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, roll-ups, gifts etc
Executing and contribute to the company's content strategy and seeking opportunities to promote Astros
Preparing, monitoring, and optimizing the marketing budget.
Coordinating and tracking the execution of the marketing plan and budget
Key Skills/Competences
Experience in developing and execution of marketing strategies
Creative and focused preparing and presenting Astros in ppt’s, brochures
Experience with market and competitors analyzes
Excellent communication and strong analytical skills
