User Agreement

The owners of this site are the persons holding the relevant proprietary and obligatory rights to this site. A visitor (user) of the site is any person who has downloaded any HTML page of the site to their device. The downloading of any HTML page of the site by a visitor to their device, followed by the use of the site’s information, materials, and/or services, as well as the registration of the visitor on the site, constitutes their acceptance of the terms of this agreement. The site is intended for informing about the company’s operations, for advertising and promoting the provided goods and services online, for conducting sales by accepting purchase orders, offering the buyer convenient payment options, conducting negotiations, attracting customers and partners, as well as for the free exchange of information and opinions among site users.

We draw your attention to the existence of copyrights for all materials posted on the site, including images, publications, photographs, video clips, trademarks, logos, and product names, as well as the text of this agreement, which is also an object of intellectual property.

We draw your attention to the terms of limited use of any materials located on the site:

1.Copying, duplication, distribution, reproduction (in whole or in part), or any other use of any material located on the site, as well as any attempt to create material similar to that posted on the site for commercial purposes, including for publication in print and/or electronic media, for use in advertising, on third-party websites, and in any other way facilitating (not preventing) access to information by third parties without prior written approval from the site owners, is prohibited.

2. Any use of the site’s material beyond personal consumption will be qualified as an infringement of intellectual property, leading to liability under current legislation.

All information on the site is protected in accordance with international conventions on the protection of intellectual property, as well as the legislation of the Russian Federation, including the Civil Code, the Criminal Code, and the Code of Administrative Offences. The site administration warns that copyright infringement is prosecuted by law.

Any disputes arising between the site owner and a visitor (visitors) shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.

The user bears sole responsibility for all provided personal contact details. This specifically means that in case of providing incorrect user data, including in the “Zip Code/City” field, all costs associated with delivery to an incorrect address, non-delivery of goods, or delivery to an improper person, resulting from the user providing incorrect data, shall be fully borne by the user.

By this, the user consents to the inclusion of their email address in promotional mailings.

The user is obliged to take precautions to safeguard their registration data to prevent its disclosure to third parties. The site owner undertakes the obligation not to disclose user data that became known as a result of registration on the site.

Any trademarks of products and services, as well as logos and emblems found on the pages of this site, are the property of their respective owners. Site users are not permitted to use these trademarks, logos, and emblems.
