A major international brand approached us with a unique challenge: to implement the “Chestny Znak” labeling system at a customs warehouse in the Leningrad Region. This concerned not standard mass-produced items but imported goods.
The challenge for us was the high requirements for label quality, which had to maintain their functionality and print clarity even under specific operational conditions:

1) The label material had to possess excellent adhesive properties, resistance to moisture, aggressive substances, extreme temperatures, and other negative environmental factors. Spoiler: we found the suitable label material.
2) Each unit was required to contain a unique Data Matrix code, readable by all standardized devices.
3) The size and shape of the labels had to be maintained with precision down to fractions of a millimeter.
4) Furthermore, a critical condition was conducting the marking procedure directly on the premises of the customs warehouse, in full compliance with Russian laws and regulations.
